Summary
The St. Louis County Government Services Center's Public Health and Human Services Renovation project was the consolidation of all St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services programs. The project allowed a “one-stop-shop” approach to their Duluth, Minnesota clients. The project addressed the badly needed functional changes and updates for the building, as well as mechanical and electrical system upgrades and security issues.
