Summary

Meyer Group Architecture had the pleasure of working on this design/build project of two large picnic pavilions in Bunker Hills Regional Park. These pavilions replaced two existing glue-laminated wood pavilions, originally built in 2004 & 2005, and recently demolished after being deemed no longer structurally safe. Pavilion 1 and Pavilion 2 have the capacity to seat 150 and 250 people, respectively, and seamlessly blend into the parks' existing design language. These pavilions create a beautiful focal point in Bunker Hills Regional Park.
