Summary
Meyer Group Architecture designed a new 9,038 S.F. one-story facility in downtown Barnum combining the City Offices, Community Center, and Liquor Store into a single building. The City Offices and Community Center include a multipurpose room, kitchen, restrooms, storage, offices, and records space, while the Liquor Store and Bar feature retail space, a bar and restaurant, kitchen, restrooms, storage, and office areas. Sitework and landscaping completed the project, creating a functional and cohesive civic hub for the community.
