Summary

This project involved the design of an Elder Housing facility located on the Fond du Lac Reservation in Cloquet, Minnesota. The aim of the project was to provide community elders a place where they could lead an independent lifestyle in a facility that also provides needed assistance on-site. Design and construction plans involved the use of sustainable materials and systems, within the constraints of the project budget.
