Summary

This project involved the design of an assisted living facility to be located on the Fond du Lac Reservation in Cloquet, Minnesota. The building consists of eighteen 1-bedroom apartments, each with individual entrances and patios. The aim of the project is to provide community elders a place where they can lead an independent lifestyle in a facility that also provides needed assistance on-site. Design and construction plans involve the use of sustainable materials and systems, within the constraints of the project budget.
