Summary

After a fire in April 2020, the Ultimate Sports Bar & Grill was a total loss. Ready to rebuild, Meyer Group worked with the owner, Tom Frericks, on a whole new building. The project consisted of the building shell and structure of a 6,486 S.F. single story Bar and Grill. The original building was demolished with the existing basement, foundation, and floor structure remaining in-place to be reused as a part of this project.
