West Theater

Project
Summary

Meyer Group Architecture was selected to assist in the restoration of the West Theater, one of two remaining Art Deco style theaters left in Duluth-Superior. Meyer group restored the building to its original Art Deco theater aesthetic and purpose. The theater was constructed in 1937 and has been in and out of operation ever since. We restored the original marquee sign in hopes to draw audiences of all ages to the location. The venue now shows classic and alternative firm, live music, as well as hosting community events in Denfeld area.
